At Burrow, we want you to truly love your linen. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Once your return is approved and received, you can choose between:
- Full refund (processed back to your original payment method).
- Exchange for a different size or product.
- Store credit for future purchases.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
