Refund policy

At Burrow, we want you to truly love your linen. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Once your return is approved and received, you can choose between:

• Full refund (processed back to your original payment method).
• Exchange for a different size or product.
• Store credit for future purchases.
• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: 

Linen is a natural fabric that softens beautifully with wear and wash. Slight variations in texture, weave, or shade are part of its charm and not considered defects. And yes—wrinkles are part of its beauty too!

We encourage you to refer to our size chart before placing your order to minimize the need for returns.
